Before you write in
Do I need to own land already?
No. About a third of our clients come to us before they've closed on a site. We can review a listing or a survey and flag anything that would affect foundation type or delivery access.
Can modules be added later?
Yes, within reason. Because chase lines are standardized across every module, we can attach an additional module to an existing home in a future phase — most commonly Storage or Outdoor.
What's not included in the "from" price?
Permitting fees, septic or well work, utility hookups beyond 50 feet from the home, and delivery beyond 150 miles of Bellingham. We itemize all of this in your fixed-price proposal before you commit.
Do you build outside Washington State?
Currently we deliver across the Pacific Northwest. For sites further out, we can discuss shipping modules via flatbed freight on a case-by-case basis.
