Five steps. Most of them happen at the same time.
The reason we can promise weeks instead of seasons isn't speed — it's that fabrication and site work stop waiting on each other.
Design — 1 week
You pick your modules (in person, or with the configurator), we walk your site or review your survey, and you leave with a fixed-price quote and a delivery window.
Fabricate — 2–3 weeks
Your modules are framed, wired, plumbed, insulated, and clad on our production floor in Bellingham, under cover, regardless of weather at your site.
Site prep — runs alongside fabrication
While your modules are being built, your foundation piers go in and utility stub-outs are set. No excavation — most sites are ready in one to two days of work.
Deliver & set — 1–2 days
Modules arrive by flatbed and are craned or skidded into position the same day, then bolted together along their pre-aligned chase lines.
Connect & move in — 2–4 days
Our crew completes the seam finishing, connects utilities, and walks you through every system in the house before handing you the keys.
Permitting is the variable we don't control.
Everything above is studio and site time. Local permitting can add anywhere from two weeks to several months depending on your county — we help you file, but we don't pad our own numbers with someone else's timeline. We'll give you a realistic range for your jurisdiction in the first call.
